We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain certain information for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app or on the website. Deleting removes your name, username, photo, profile answers, phone number, notification settings, devices, licence and insurance files, vehicle, recurring rides, open requests and forum posts, and ends your sign-in. Records of rides that happened, bookings and payments, ratings, messages you already sent to other members, safety reports and support requests are kept without your name, because other members and our accounting depend on them. Driver payouts already owed are still paid.
